If you testify and lie you’ll be held for perjury, & if you plead the 5th you’ll be held for contempt & won’t be out til thugs trial is over. It’s a double edged sword. Whether he snitched or not, he's proven that he isn't a credible witness time and time again. He even stated that he lied over and over, so it sounds like he was backed into a corner, and instead of option A or B, he took option W. So putting little bits of truth out there to keep his immunity, while talking in circles and bullshittin hard af, he wastes their time, stays out of jail, and most likely will have his statements or testimony tossed out, which botches the trial. By the time it's all over, the state will have wasted so much money and time, and might not even consider a re-trial as worth pursuing. I could be entirely wrong. But if that does happen, every single person in their crew better gtfo out of Georgia immediately, and maybe even consider a vacation to another country. They would be under a microscope 24/7 staying in ATL after making fools of the system like that 🤣🤣
